✓ We begin with daily guidance & encouragement
✓ We convene online 2x per week for 60 minutes via Zoom.

THE CURRICULUM
During this Courageous Women's Circle - a deeply replenishing journey - you will be supported to let go of old patterns that no longer serve you. Shift your unique path to embody bliss and receive what you've always wanted from life. Explore mindset, learn emotional mastery, & move through emotional blocks to live joyfully.
MONTH 1: Make Space for YOU
We will make personal space for YOU. To fall in love with yourself, you'll set new self-care boundaries. Make a circle of roses or an iridescent shield of light around yourself where only love can enter and love can exit. Offer kindness to yourself inside your personal space. Remove any negative thoughts, distractions, or opinions of other people.
MONTH 2: Listen to Felt Sense
We will explore and ground ourselves into another profound practice. You will learn to identify your own "felt-sense" and better tap into your own emotional intelligence, your intuition, and your body wisdom.
MONTH 3: Open to Intuition through Conflict Resolution
We will begin to trust that we are here for ourselves. You will experience a sense of trust and safety to let down your guard, and a surrender begins. You will have a sense of being held. This is when intuition can start to arise from within.
MONTH 4: Explore Sensing & Feeling
The safety of the parasympathetic nervous system allows you to feel safe to follow impulses and be in resonance. Psycho-motor processing, also called Adaptive Information Processing, will become your dear friend.
MONTH 5: Signature Swagger
This month, we will feel our footprint on the ground. Without thought, you will have the tools to embody and accept yourself exactly as you are, exactly where you are flowing, exactly where you may still feel uncertain, exactly where you may feel confident, grounded, and bold, and exactly where you may still feel timid; you get to be ALL of who you are.
MONTH 6: Celebrate Your Fullness of Being
Move into the world boldly, full of bliss. Define your cheer leading squad, your posse, and your imaginary entourage. Know who has your back, supporting you to bring your gifts, your uniqueness, and your joy to life. Write and tell the story of your unique genius. Share, relish, and celebrate in circle as you're reborn as your most deeply rooted, expansive self. Enjoy your fullness of being while helping others do the same.

Katy Rice, MA LPC, is a Master Body-Mind Healer + Trauma Recovery Therapist. Katy supports clients in dismantling their self-limiting beliefs to create lives of expansive joy, meaningful relationships, and success.
Katy is a Pheonix Rising from the Ashes as she has experienced profound loss and transformation in her lifetime. After caring for her husband through his battle with cancer and dedicating herself to helping others as a social worker, she realized her self-sacrificing attitude was negatively impacting her relationships and her children.
The pandemic served as a wake-up call, highlighting her tendency toward overwhelm and self-criticism. Her struggles led her to create The KR Method (B.L.I.S.S.), The Courageous Women's Circle, and other sacred journeys.
Today, Katy resides in Colorado, living a vibrant life with her kids, dogs & cats. She organizes world-class destination retreats, and empowers individuals to shatter their own glass ceilings and live in alignment with their authentic selves.
